San Angelo has recently been the victim of some pretty good lightning storms. Inevitably, customers are calling to report connection problems. So far, I've only had to replace a couple of NIC cards. Lightning damage can also manifest itself in just about any other computer component going bad, such as power supplies and motherboards.

Thinking about searching for the video clip of ESPN's Erin Andrews undressing? Not so fast!
The recently-leaked video clip of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews undressing, filmed through a hotel room peephole, may be a cloaked attempt to infect your computer with a virus. Just a word of warning.

Yesterday, I was working remotely on my sister's machine. She complained that she was receiving constant "validation errors" with ZoneAlarm. More specifically, errors relating to zclient.exe, vsinit.dll and vsdata.dll., because of a missing or damaged root security certificate.
