TeachParentsTech.org - Google's free instructional video series If you’ve already seen the ads form Google, regarding their free instructional video series at TeachParentsTech.org, perhaps you’ve had a chance to view some of the videos from your personalized “Tech Care Package”. You may have also noticed that the video instructor uses a Mac and not a PC. Considering that most seniors or tech-challenged individuals use PCs, I wonder why Google chose to use Macs for their instructional videos.

Having Trouble Viewing YouTube Videos? Try This Fix

A few of my customers, lately, are complaining that they can't watch videos at YouTube.com. They see a message stating that the latest version of the Flash player isn't installed or that they may be experiencing issues with the current version or configuration of the Java software.

I've seen references to this problem, elsewhere, but no real solutions.
