Q: Where are you located?

A: We do almost all of our work onsite, so it doesn't make sense for us to have a storefront. If you need us, we come to you.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We started the business, in San Angelo, on January 1st, 2006. We operated the business in upstate New York, under the name ResidentialPCRepair.com, for about two years prior to that.

Q: What are your hourly service rates?

A: Check our Hourly Service Rates page.

Q: Do you have any references?

A: See our Customer Comments page.

Q: My computer has Windows 98 installed and it's giving me trouble. Can you fix it?

A: Probably, but do you want to spend that kind of money on a computer that's approaching 10 years old? Angelo PC will ALWAYS try to save money for our customers and, in a case like that, we would strongly suggest putting that money toward the purchase of a new computer.

Q: Why shouldn't I take my computer to one of the "big computer stores" to have it fixed?

A: Because their repair rates are directly proportionate to the size of their store. Please check that out for yourself. Even if you don't choose Angelo PC for your computer service needs, at least choose a LOCAL business.

Q: I don't live anywhere near San Angelo. Can you still help me?

A: Yes. We can connect to your computer, remotely, to solve a multitude of problems. Of course, we can't solve a hardware-related problem, but many software problems can be resolved, remotely. You must have a functional, high-speed internet connection and access to your email.

Q: I'm a small business owner. How will a website help my business?

A: As a business owner, you have to make an impression on EVERY potential customer. Having a website for your business only helps to add a sense of marketing professionalism. Another reason is that more and more, people are searching for and finding the services they need, on the internet. If you don't think that's true, ask yourself why Area-Wide has an online version of each of their phonebooks.

Q: I'm a computer repair business owner. Can you build me a website, like this?

A: Yes. We actually have a separate plan for computer repair websites. You can actually have a semi-custom computer repair website, like AngeloPC.com, for as little as $149.95 with no first year hosting fees!
